TECHNICAL INFORMATION
GVF Impianti's belt scraper is equipped with a torsion bar, adaptable to most of the belts, and an angular and vertical regulation that allows the exact placement of the blades in respect to the surface to clean.
On the torsion bar are placed the cleaning units, which have a damping system that guarantees the blade pressure uniform.
The blade is provided in a wear-resistant material and it's processed with a machine tool.
To guarantee a long duration the blade is processed on every side, to work on four interchangeable surfaces.
With a fixed pitch of 150 mm there is the possibility to determine the number of "N" blades needed to cover the surface of the belt conveyor.
