Easy to inspect and equipped with unloading doors, FSV vibrating mill is the ideal solution for crushing casting cores selecting sand also from little filaments or fins in the recycling material.

The machine can be computerized in loading and unloading phases and provided with a GVF Impianti's pneumatic conveyor "GC", with a valve for an easy storage of the materials.

GVF Impianti can provide the plant turnkey, with storage and truck loading system.

All the machines are built with strengthened solid carbon steel carpentry and carry inside a preloading armoured manganese steel hopper with a high efficient primary crushing grid, shaped on a GVF's design.

The hopper has also a secondary screening section with a steel net equipped with quick tension attachments.
