DISTINCTIVE BENEFITS OF PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEM

Absence of product's pollution in the transport lines. In plants where you need to transport different products (micro-components, dyes, etc…) it's possible to use a unique pneumatic conveyor that, due to multi-ways diverters, supplies different arrival hopper without producing pollution between products. GVF Impianti Srl technology, due to a process control, allows indeed running cleaning cycles for every change of product to guarantee the maximum flexibility of the plant.
Absence of material damage in dense phase transports. During the transport of particularly breakable products, such as ceramic atomized, pellet materials, flaked products, rice and lots of other products, GVF Impianti has developed a pneumatic conveying system that can guarantee the almost total absence of broken materials. The product's flow is treaded to guarantee a very low speed into the pipes, keeping it fluid. No other conveying system can guarantee the same performance!

Consumptions: Reduced due to wide adjustments of the system, that allows using energy only where it's needed, regulating it in a simple and visible way.
Reduced dimensions: Studied to be compact with all the accessories on the machine's edge.
Silent: It solves problems of noise made by engines, pumps, fans etc.
Easy to use: The use simplicity is one of the strengths of GVF pneumatic conveyor, due to the control of all the transport parameters.
Reduced maintenance: Structural elements made and thought to last, engines absence, and simplicity of periodic controls.
Certified: GVF Impianti conveyor system, also in combo series, is subjected to PED law and it's put through a scheduled test (ATEX version available).
Pneumatic and electrical control board: Programmable, equipped with keypad, that allows the managing of different auxiliary signals: e.g. drill of maximum level on the arrival storage bin and remote consent. The system, configured in this way, will be easily upgraded and scheduled for requires of the plant.
Building: The machine can be supplied in carbon steel or in stainless steel.
