Wear-resistant squared bend series "CSQ"
GVF Impianti's wear - resistant squared bends "CSQ" series are produced in cast iron NiHard carbonitrided, and they can be supplied with two channels (CSQ2) or with three (CSQ3) in sizes from 2" to 5".
In this type of bends, the transported product forms a bed into the bend that protecting it from wear.
Generally called for this reason SAND - OVER - SAND bends, they are supplied with revolving split flange, produced in cast iron NiHard too.
The revolving split flange permits to turn the bend around its own axis of rotation as you prefer, assuring the maximum flexibility during the execution of the pipes and the layout of the ways. Outfitted with eyebolt for uplift, it is supplied with die casting gaskets of soft gum.
